The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: ”Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
We provide four (4) different types of subscription and they are as follows : –
1) One (1) month basis at RM 35 per month/box
2) Three (3) months basis at RM90
3) Six (6) months basis at RM 197
Mode of Payment
We accept secure payment system through our secure payment screens eg. Inter-Bank Giro, Visa and MasterCard.
RIGHT OF INSPECTION
You agree that we or any governmental authority including customs and security may open and inspect your shipment at any time. All parcel will be sent out using a third party platform. We are not responsible in any damages or missing products.
RISK OF LOSS
Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement or refund based on product availability. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All refunds will be at the discretion of customer support.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and the Company. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a subscription or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your Consumer Rights are unaffected.
